										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Laboratuvar, NASA&#8217;nın Memleketler arası Uzay İstasyonu&#8217;na ikmal vazifesinin bir modülü olarak, Virginia&#8217;dan fırlatılan bir ABD uzay ikmal roketine yerleştirildi. Açıklamada, deneylerin birtakım kanser ve beyin ilaçlarının klinik öncesi gelişimini içereceği belirtildi.</p>
<p>Deneyler, farmakolojik uygulamalarda daha derinlemesine çalışma imkanı sunan, düşük yerçekimine sahip 3,4 kilogram tartısındaki küçük laboratuvarda yapılacak. Deneylerden biri, prion proteinine bağlanarak ölümcül dejeneratif bir beyin hastalığı olan meczup dana hastalığına yol açan yanlış katlanmayı önleyebilecek molekülleri tanımlamayı amaçlıyor.</p>

<p><span><strong>Deneyin uzayda yapılmasının sebebi ise hususların mikro yerçekimi şartları altında düşük yoğunlukta olup yavaş kristalleşme süreci geliştirmeleri nedeniyle izlenebilir hale gelmeleri. İsrail Uzay Ajansı (ISA), testin başarılı olması durumunda, her ikisi de olağandışı formda katlanan ve beyinde nöron vefatına neden olan proteinlerle tanımlanan Alzheimer ve Parkinson üzere öbür dejeneratif beyin hastalıkları için ilaç geliştirilmesine katkı sunulabileceğine işaret etti.</strong> </span></p>
<p>Bir öteki deneyde ise yumurtalık kanseri tedavisinde kullanılan Doxil ilacının İsrail&#8217;de üretilen yeni bir versiyonu incelenecek. İlaç, sırf bedendeki amaç bölgede salınmasını sağlamak üzere tasarlanmış lipozomların yahut küçük lipid keseciklerin içine yerleştiriliyor.</p>
<p><strong>Deney, ilacın uzayda üretilebilmesi için lipozomun ve içindeki ilacın mikro yerçekimi şartlarında vakit içindeki istikrarlılığını test edecek.</strong></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>China Daily&#8217;nin haberine nazaran, Çin Beşerli Uzay Programı Ajansı (CMSA), vazife kumandanı Cing Haypıng ve uzay uçuşu mühendisi Cu Yangcu&#8217;nun, 8 saatlik uzay yürüyüşlerinin akabinde mahallî saatle 21.40&#8217;da &#8220;Vıntien&#8221; laboratuvar modülüne geri döndüğünü bildirdi.</p>
<p>Üçüncü mürettebat Profesör Gui Hayçao, gruba dayanak sağlamak için istasyonda kaldı.</p>
<p><b>5 AYI TAMAMLADIKTAN SONRA DÜNYA&#8217;YA DÖNECEKLER</b></p>
<p>Cing ve Cu, operasyon kapsamında &#8220;Tienhı&#8221; (göksel uyum) çekirdek modülünün dışındaki panoramik kameraya destekleyici çerçeve monte etti.</p>
<p>Ekip ayrıyeten &#8220;Mıngtien&#8221; (gökleri düşlemek) laboratuvar modülünün dışındaki iki panoramik kameranın yerlerini değiştirdi. Kelam konusu operasyon, Cing&#8217;in birinci uzay yürüyüşü olurken, Çinli taykonotlar tarafından gerçekleştirilen 13&#8217;üncü uzay yürüyüşü oldu.</p>
<p>52 gündür istasyonda yaşayan Cing ve grubunun, uzay istasyonunda kalmaları planlanan 5 ayı tamamladıktan sonra kasımda Dünya&#8217;ya dönmesi bekleniyor.</p>
<p>Şıncou-16 mürettebatı, 30 Mayıs&#8217;ta Çin Uzay İstasyonu&#8217;na varmıştı.</p>
<p>Şıncou-16 seferine yollanan Gui Haiçao, Çin&#8217;in, uzaya gönderilen birinci sivil taykonotu olmuştu.</p>
<p>Seferin komutanlığını üstlenen Cing Haypıng, daha evvel Şıncou-7, Şıncou-9 ve Şıncou-11 misyonlarında yer almıştı. Tümgeneral rütbesindeki bir asker olan 56 yaşındaki Cing, &#8220;Çinli taykonotlar ortasında 4. sefer uzaya çıkan birinci kişi&#8221; olmuştu.</p>
<p>İstasyonun ana kesimi &#8220;Tienhı&#8221; (göksel uyum) ismi verilen çekirdek modül, 29 Nisan 2021&#8217;de, birinci laboratuvar modülü &#8220;Vıntien&#8221; (gökleri aramak) 24 Temmuz 2022&#8217;de, 2. laboratuvar modülü &#8220;Mıngtien&#8221; (gökleri düşlemek) ise 31 Ekim 2022&#8217;de fırlatılmıştı.</p>
<p>Çekirdek modüle laboratuvar modüllerinin eklenmesiyle istasyonun &#8220;T&#8221; biçimli ana iskeleti tamamlanmış, suram etabının akabinde &#8220;uygulama ve geliştirme aşaması&#8221; başlamıştı.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Genel Sağlık-İş Lideri Derya Uğur, geçen yıl Türkiye’de sıhhat enflasyonunun yüzde 122.17 olduğunun açıklandığını, yüksek enflasyonunun sadece özel hizmet bedellerini ve ilaçları değil, tıbbi gereç fiyatlarını da etkilediğine dikkat çekti. Uğur, bu yılın birinci dört ayında Sıhhat Bakanlığı mali tablolarına yansıyan “tıbbi ve laboratuvar sarf malzemeleri” için ödenen fiyatların sıhhat hizmetlerinde yaşanacak dertlerin habercisi olduğuna dikkat çekti. Masraflar 2020’de tamamında 3.1 milyar TL, 2021’in tamamında 11.1 milyar TL, geçen yılın tamamında da 10.9 milyar TL olmuştu. Bu yılın 4 ayında yapılan harcamalar 2020’nin tamamında yapılan harcamaları aşmış oldu. Hammadde temininde dışa bağımlı olunduğunu, döviz kurlarında yaşanan artışların tıbbi materyalleri de etkilediğini vurgulayan Uğur, “Kaygılıyız. Kamu hastanelerinde ortopedi, göz, beyin cerrahisi alanlarında gereç eksikliği kısa bir mühlet için düzelmiş lakin sıkıntılar yine baş göstermiştir; birçok ameliyat gereç eksikliği nedeniyle yapılamamaktadır” dedi. Uğur, yaşamsal kıymete sahip kalp pili üzere ek materyal gereken ameliyatlarda dertler yaşandığını, dövizdeki yükselişin sıkıntıları yaygınlaştırdığını bildirdi.</p>
<p><b>SUT’UN 2-3 KATI FİYAT</b></p>
<p>“Döviz kurlarındaki yükselmeye karşın bunun karşılığında sabit kur uygulanması nedeniyle; tıbbi materyal şirketleri sıhhat kuruluşlarına eser arz etmeme eğilimi göstermektedir” ihtarında bulunan Uğur, hastaneler tarafından açılan ihalelerde tıbbi materyal şirketlerinin sıhhat uygulama bildirisi (SUT) fiyatları üzerinden eser tedariğini kabul etmediğini, döviz kurlarındaki artış nedeniyle lakin SUT’un 2-3 katı fiyatlarla eser sağlanabildiğini vurguladı. Uğur, yaşanan bu durumun sonucunda gereç eksikliği nedeniyle tedavisi yapılamayan hastanın özel hastanelere yönlendirildiğini, parası olan tedavi olabilirken parası olamayanın tedaviye ulaşamadığını vurguladı.</p>
<p><b>&#8216;BEDELİ HALK ÖDÜYOR&#8217;</b></p>
<p>Hekimlerin, hemşirelerin yurtdışına gitmeyi ya da emekli olmayı tercih etmesi sebebiyle randevu problemleri yaşayan yurttaşın artık de döviz kuru nedeniyle mağdur edildiğine dikkat çeken Uğur, şunları söyledi: “Kur krizi nedeniyle tıbbi materyal bulunamaması ertelenen ameliyatları beraberinde getirecektir. İlaç bulunama sorunu da ağırlaşacak; yurttaşlarımızın sıhhat hizmetine erişimi giderek zorlaşacaktır. Ekonomik krizin derinleştiği şartlarda sağlıklı ömür uğraşı veren yurttaşımız bir de sıhhat hizmetine erişim konusunda mağdur edilmektedir. Sıhhat hizmetlerini ticarileştiren, ilaç ve tıbbı materyalde ülkeyi dışa bağımlı hale getiren siyasi iktidarı berbat idaresinin bedelini, halk, sıhhati ile ödemektedir.”</p>
